Get started with Lüm in 5 easy steps! Once you create your myLüm account, we'll walk you through, step-by-step.

Check Your Phone

Use your phone's IMEI to check compatibility with our network and make sure it hasn’t been listed as lost or stolen. You can find your phone's IMEI number by dialing *#06# (15-digit number).

Sign Up

Download the Lüm Mobile app or click Sign Up to create your myLüm account to get started.

Choose eSIM or SIM Card

eSIM is a digital SIM that works like a physical SIM card. That means you can Lüm right away! No waiting for a SIM card to be shipped to you. Not sure if your phone is eSIM compatible? We'll double-check for you when you start the sign up process.
 
If you need a physical SIM card – don’t worry! We’ll ship you one for free with Canada Post, and it will be delivered in 1 to 3 business days.

Choose Plan

Choose your membership length, your data bucket, and add-ons. The longer you Lüm, the more you save!   
 
The data bucket you choose is for your entire membership length, but don't worry, you can always add more if you need it!

Activate Online

With an eSIM, you can activate your account and start using Lüm right away.
 
If you ordered a physical SIM card, you can activate it as soon as it arrives.
 
Once you have your eSIM or SIM card, go to lum.ca/activate.
 
Bring your phone number or select a new one!
  • You can bring almost any Saskatchewan number to Lüm from most providers
  • The online process to activate will take you through the steps to move your number over
  • You’ll need your account number for your current carrier
  • Don't cancel your account with your old provider before this - when your number is switched to Lüm, it'll automatically cancel your old account.
