• Offer available to "New" Lüm customers and "Existing" Lüm customers between November 24th, 2025 and January 7th, 2026.
• New Lüm customers are defined as a customer that has not had a Lüm Mobile membership in the past 6 months. New Linked accounts are eligible if the linked account is a New Lüm customer.  
• Existing Lüm customers are defined as a customer that has an active Lüm Mobile membership with a membership renewal date between November 24th, 2025 and January 7th, 2026.
• Eligible Lüm customers that purchase a 1 year 500 GB Lüm membership plan receive a $60 discount.  
• Eligible Lüm customers that purchase a 3 month 150 GB Lüm membership plan receive a $30 discount.  
• Offer will be applied automatically to eligible customers without the need to enter a promotion code.
• The promotional discount only applies to a purchase with Lüm – it has no cash value and will never be refunded as cash in the event of cancelling service.
• Other membership plans are not eligible for the offer.  
• Offer can be combined with Refer a Friend offer.
• Memberships will renew with current in market pricing.
• Offer available between November 24th, 2025 and January 7th, 2026 only.
• Offer is subject to change or may end at any time.
• Lüm Mobile has the final say in any disagreement about how these Promotion Rules are applied or interpreted, or about any other part of the Promotion. All decisions made by Lüm Mobile are final.
