Check Your Phone
Use your phone's IMEI to check compatibility with our network and make sure it hasn’t been listed as lost or stolen. You can find your phone's IMEI number by dialing *#06# (15-digit number).

Download the Lüm Mobile app or click Sign Up to create your myLüm account to get started.

- You can bring almost any Saskatchewan number to Lüm from most providers
- The online process to activate will take you through the steps to move your number over
- You’ll need your account number for your current carrier
- Don't cancel your account with your old provider before this - when your number is switched to Lüm, it'll automatically cancel your old account.

Change Membership
