Wireless 30-day Trial

Customers who have a self-declared accessibility need are eligible for a wireless 30-day trial period on any new device activation and will have the full amount of voice, text and/or data included with their plan to use during their extended trial period.

To qualify, you must fill out an Accessibility Self-declaration form (PDF).

Text with 9-1-1

Text with 9-1-1 (T9-1-1) is only available for deaf, deafened, hard of hearing or speech impaired (DHHSI) persons to communicate with 9-1-1 services using wireless-based text messaging.

Deaf, deafened, hard of hearing, or speech impaired (DHHSI) persons should visit TEXT with 9-1-1 for more information about the initiative and to find out when the T9-1-1 service becomes available in their municipality or region.
